A value-added reseller (VAR) licences digital data from OSNI® and builds it into their own value-added product.
- OSNI® and VAR agree a business model for value added products and/or Services.
- OSNI® charges them a combination of up-front fee, plus royalties based on their sales of the relevant products and/or Services.
