What is NIMA?
NIMA
is a corporate supply agreement for the use of OSNI Digital Geographic Information to be used by all
NICS
Departments, Agencies, NDPBs and Local Councils to support:
• Policy
making
• Operational delivery
• Communication with the public

All NICS Departments, Agencies, NDPBs and Local Councils are eligible

Total of 18 products are included within the NIMA portfolio, including the Pointer address database
and orthophotography
• Has the potential to enable efficiencies to be realised,
particularly in costs of address management
• Agreement for NIMA is 3 years, followed
by a 1 year review
